M6 – M72 | IS 2016 / DIN 125

Plain Washer

Flat circular plain washers that distribute bolt or nut clamping load over a larger surface area, preventing damage to clamped material and reducing pull-through risk. Available in narrow (Form A), normal (Form B), and wide (Form C) series to IS 2016 and DIN 125. Supplied in black, zinc-plated, and HDG finishes.

Spring Washer

Helical split lock washers manufactured from high carbon spring steel. Provide locking action under the nut to prevent loosening from vibration and dynamic loads. Critical component in transmission tower assemblies, machinery, and outdoor bolt assemblies. Available in HDG finish for outdoor long-term service.

M10 – M56 | Custom Sizes

Square Washer

Square bearing washers providing a larger surface area than round washers for improved load distribution on timber, masonry, and structural steel. Used with foundation bolts and structural anchoring where round washers provide insufficient bearing area. Available in custom sizes and HDG finish.

M12 – M36 | Taper 1:14 & 1:8

Hill Side Washer

Tapered or beveled washers manufactured to IS 5372 to compensate for the natural slope of I-beam and channel section flanges in structural steel connections. The angled bearing face ensures the nut and bolt seat squarely against the sloped surface, eliminating bending stress on the bolt shank that would otherwise cause premature fatigue failure. Available in taper ratios 1:14 for I-beam flanges and 1:8 for channel sections in black and HDG finishes.

M16 – M36

DTI Washer

Direct Tension Indicator (DTI) washers with small raised protrusions on the bearing face that progressively flatten as bolt tension increases. When the protrusions are compressed to the specified gap, the required preload has been achieved — providing a reliable visual and feeler gauge check without relying solely on torque wrench accuracy. Manufactured to BS 7644 and used in HSFG bolt assemblies for bridges, industrial steel structures, and transmission towers where verified bolt tension is mandatory.

M16 – M36 | Grade 8.8 & 10.9

HSFG Washer

Hardened steel washers manufactured to IS 6649 for placement under both the bolt head and nut in HSFG bolt assemblies. The hardened bearing surface prevents indentation and surface damage during high-torque tightening, ensuring the full clamping force is transferred to the joint interface rather than being lost to surface deformation. Essential component of every HSFG assembly in bridges, transmission towers, and slip-critical structural steel connections. Available in black and HDG finishes.
